Prenatal care follows the pregnancy step by step: first visit, lab studies and vitamins, first-trimester ultrasound (11-14 weeks), structural ultrasound (18-22 weeks), growth monitoring, pregnancy vaccines, growth/Doppler ultrasound (32-36 weeks) when indicated, birth plan, delivery, postpartum and lactation, and return to routine gynecologic care.

- Lab studies and vitamins, including a prenatal studies package, the glucose tolerance test for gestational diabetes screening, and folic acid/iron/vitamin guidance.
- Ultrasounds through pregnancy, including referral to Maternal-Fetal Medicine for the first-trimester and structural ultrasounds and, when indicated, third-trimester growth/Doppler ultrasound.

- Lactation support, including referral to a lactation specialist when needed.
- Return to routine gynecologic prevention (e.g. Pap smear / cervical cancer screening) around 6 months postpartum.
- Care team: Dra. Vania and Dra. María Fernanda Castillo for prenatal care, delivery, postpartum and lactation follow-up; Dr. Guillermo Pérez Ornelas joins when a gynecologic or surgical situation requires his expertise.
